Film, live performance and discussion. The d.a.i. will screen two films from the INDIANER INUIT festival, Stuttgart (21.1.-24.1.). Films either written, directed by or starring the Inuit will be shown, depicting their unique culture and daily life, highlighting the festival?s motto ?In Tomorrow We Believe?. Before the screening, Jenna Joyce Broomfield and Malaya Bishop will give a performance in throat singing and a deeper insight into the cultural practices of their Nunatsiavut and Nunavut communities in the northernmost part of Canada.
